Context Labs Chrome extension privacy
Last updated October 1, 2026.
What the extension does
The extension lets your Context Labs assistant open, read and fill tabs in your own Chrome when you ask it to. It does nothing until you connect it on my.contextt.org/extension while signed in, and you can disconnect it at any time from the extension.
What it accesses
- The contents of tabs the assistant works in for you (page text, structure, screenshots and form fields), only while it is carrying out your request.
- A sign-in token for your Context Labs account, stored locally in the extension.
Where data goes
Page data the assistant reads is sent only to your own Context Labs assistant at my.contextt.org to complete your request, and is handled under the Context Labs privacy policy at thecontextlabs.com/privacy. The extension sends no analytics and no data to any other party, and it is not used for advertising, credit decisions or to sell data.
Your control
Disconnect from the extension's menu or remove the extension to stop all access. Ask the assistant, or write to the address on thecontextlabs.com, to delete data held by your assistant.
